Were they technically the Brady/Martin Bunch for a while? I'm no expert on adoption but I assume it's not an overnight process particularly with the girls' biological father alive and well. I wouldn't have thought they would have started proceedings before the wedding so for at least the first few episodes they must have been a disjointed bunch.
